Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

The Thuret Lab is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, and we embrace diversity in perspectives, approaches, research, and education.

We have been active contributors to the IoPPN Equality, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion (CEDI) working groups, which apply an intersectional approach across all nine protected characteristics: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

We remain committed to fostering a positive working culture by discussing, implementing, and monitoring strategies that strengthen equality and inclusion. The Thuret Lab is also a proud signatory of the IoPPN Code of Conduct.
